Welcome to the place where I share my yoga path.
Many labels and attributes are given to yoga nowadays, as this ancient practice is becoming almost a household name. Yoga is widely recommended and advertised: to improve health in general, digestion, sleep, mobility, you name it.
The Truth is that yoga, first of all, brings us into contact with our inner teacher, our essence. Yes, many symptoms of discomfort disappear when we find our way to the mat regularly. We look and feel healthier. Still, this is a side effect ( so my experience proves). Yoga, mostly, shows the way into the present moment, the navigator is Breath.
Yoga is Autonomy. Perhaps the most precious something we can acquire in this world resembling a maze. I will be grateful to be around when we practice, to listen, to observe, to offer and to learn from you.
